FAQ's

If I place an order in advance can I order any of your flavors?
We operate a very small kitchen, and as such we are only able to offer our daily flavors. For example, if you are picking up your order on a Saturday, please choose from our Saturday flavors. We offer at least 11 flavors every single day, so we're sure you'll be able to find something to love, and if you're choosing from our daily menu, there's no minimum quantity required for any order, so feel free to mix and match.
How much notice do you need for a special order?
You can never give too much notice, as we tend to book up quickly, especially on the weekends. That said, if we aren't booked already for your date, 48 hours is usually fine for three dozen or less. Please try to give more lead time for orders of more than three dozen.
Do you deliver?
Cupcakes are very fragile, gentle things. They wouldn't hurt a fly, and they don't take well to being manhandled by FedEx/UPS employees, so all of our orders are hand-delivered by our delivery service to most areas within driving distance of the New York Metro Area. We recommend ordering at least two dozen cupcakes to offset the cost of delivery. Delivery fees are priced according to mileage from our shop, and start at $25 for deliveries to Rutherford, NJ and the surrounding borroughs.
Do you ship?
As we mentioned, cupcakes are very fragile, but we are working diligently to devise a method that will get our cupcakes into your hands without damage. We will be posting more about this as soon as we have something to announce. Feel free to join our mailing list to stay updated on developments like this. We won't spam you, just send you delicious cupcake announcements. We promise.
Can you write a message on a cupcake or design a cartoon character on a cupcake for me?
We've dabbled in the past, but (again, owing to our small kitchen) this is just not something we can offer. We have what we like to think of as a signature look, and work very hard to establish and promote it, so while putting Cookie Monster on a cupcake is probably a lot of fun, it's just not what we do. We are, however, happy to work with you on customizing cupcakes for your event. We're quite good at matching color swatches, and we design beautiful tiers to display our cupcakes.
