Rutherford Businesses present Vegan Halloween Party to benefit farm sanctuary in Blairstown.

Saturday, October 30th – 8pm-11pm

Sweet Avenue Bake Shop and Rutherford Pancake House will be throwing their first annual joint Vegan Halloween Party on Saturday, October 30th from 8pm – 11pm. Food, drinks and cupcakes (all dairy and egg free, of course) will be provided, and there will be a costume contest with prizes for the winners. Music and karaoke (RockBand 3!) will also be in abundance.

Tickets are $25 in advance (available at Sweet Avenue or Rutherford Pancake House) or $30 at the door, and a portion of all proceeds will be donated to For The Animals Sanctuary in Blairstown, NJ.

Today’s flavor is Lemon Cream Pie. Lemon cake with graham cracker crust, filled with lemon curd and topped with whipped cream frosting. Available today only!

Our third pie flavor is Cherry Pie! Yummmmmm. Cherry cake filled with cherry pie filling and topped with whipped cream frosting. Available today only!

We’re happy to officially announce our Halloween bash, co-sponsored with Rutherford Pancake House. There will be lots of vegan food and cupcakes, and everyone will be in costume (or else), so it’ll be awesome. It’s Saturday, October 30th from 8pm – 11pm. Tickets are $25 and MUST be purchased in advance either from us or the Rutherford Pancake House. Tickets will go onsale tomorrow, and they’re very limited, so get yours early!

As many of you have pointed out, it’s the True Blood season finale this Sunday (for the record, we know, and yes, we’ll be watching), so we had to start cranking out our edible image True Blood cupcakes. We’ll have them today, tomorrow and Sunday for walk-ins, but if you need more than 6, please give us a call as soon as possible to special order a batch, so we can be sure to have enough for everyone. 6 cupcakes is the minimum for special orders, and you can request any combination of the five available images (Sookie, Bill, Eric, True Blood logo, and Fangtasia logo).
