No one found out without coming in to check it out, and everyone who DID come in to check it out was pretty pleased.

Bacon Maple Walnut!

Yes, it’s got bacon on it. Vegan soy bacon, of course. We know the whole bacon cupcake thing isn’t new, but we’re also pretty sure there aren’t many other VEGAN bacon cupcakes. And just for the record, it’s a delicious maple walnut cake, topped with a buttery glaze, drizzled with maple syrup, and of course, topped off with a slice of vegan bacon.

Now, based on the reaction we got, we’re going to make this a regular cupcake on our menu soon, but until we’re able to assign it to a permanent schedule we’re just going to be having it erratically whenever we feel like making it.

Wait, wait, calm down. I hear you. You want to know how you can get your mitts on this earth shattering beauty of a cupcake.
